Head Start

Cost
Head Start serves children in their early years through age 5, in a developmentally appropriate, multi‑age setting. While the Alliance Head Start location is not currently open, ECEA serves on the Stark County Community Action Agency’s Head Start board, with the goal of opening in the future.

Step Up to Quality Rating
There is no requirement for children to be potty trained.
Potty Training
Most centers operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., includes before‑ and after‑school care, and supports working families with extended services.
